Private Beach Access + Pool + 2 MIn Walk to Beach

Perfect weekend getaway that fit our budget and liked how well kept this older condo was. Positive: Very Clean! Easy walk across the street to the beach. Pool was clean and a good size. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and serving-ware. Most pans were non-stick. But they did have a cast iron pan which is a plus for me! Several small appliances that were useful. If you drink tea, you may want to bring a kettle or you could use the Keurig to heat up water. Easy to wash all the sand off with the shower at the bottom of the steps. Washer and dryer worked great. Negative: There are quite a few steps that I wasn't quite prepared for, but I needed the exercise! Bedrooms are kinda small, but worked fine for our family. Kitchen is a little tight, but we liked eating on the picnic table outside.

This is a nice beach condo in a great area. Positive: The location was great. Close to shopping and easy access to the beach. Everything was comfortable and good amenities.
