Positive: We loved it all. Only complaint and it’s not really a complaint is that we really needed another bathroom or at least a half bath. But most definitely will be doing another rental with you guys if the prices doesn’t go up like every where else has

Positive: The condo was in a great location with easy beach access!
Negative: Needs some updating. The floor planks aren’t aligned leaving small gaps for sand to be trapped.The stove hood light didn’t work & is very old. For the price it was ok but with some simple updates like new flooring a new stove & a couch to sit on that doesn’t feel like you’re bottoming out on the ground it would be ideal!
